I've been doing this for 8 weeks now and have lost 5 pounds. The best thing
about it is the feeling of control I have now. There are times I want
something sweet or want to snack during the week and I just tell myself - you can
have it on the weekend. It seems to keep me from breaking the rules. I don't
care if the weight loss is slow. It feels healthy and right.
I've always been a walker, so that's not a change for me. I walk 30-45
minutes at lunch and then go for a walk after dinner with my husband if time
allows. I also walk at the kids sports practices- around the field or the parking
lot.
Does anyone else trade S days? It was my son's birthday on a Friday, so I
used that as an S day and followed the no-s rules on Saturday. I figured two
days a week of sweets and seconds is enough.
