i came across this "diet" a couple of weeks ago, and i have been giving it
a
trial run..
this really seems like a solution to a decades long struggle that i have had
with food.
this is do-able. i never realized how much i noshed during the day until i
started paying attention to it....sometimes i have felt like i was actually
having withdrawal symptoms from
snacking... anyway, i am designating tomorrow as my 1st official day...wish
me luck, fellow noser's thanks ! donna o
