Thanks Diane!
I aims to please :)

I also liked: "So go to your dairy department when you are sad
that you only lost 2 or 3 pounds and hold a huge chunk of cheese.
Then you may find yourself saying "cheese" and smiling :)" I bet

you smiled when you thought of saying that.

Yes I am often my own best audience! LOL :)
The truth is that I have found that this plan, group, and of course
the wonderful founder, is becoming a bit of a "Life Anchor" and I am

getting so much out of it. I can't be funny or inspirational on
demand, but I believe that this style of expression is very
fulfilling and helpful in being positive.
And if you didn't read the post where I mentioned that I come from a
familiy with manic depression, and I am very prone to depression, I
do whatever I can to keep the scales on the positive side.

"if there were a distinct advantage to staying in prison part-time,

a person might have the self-discipline to let himself in and out at
proper intervals. In my past, going on a diet
> always felt like throwing myself in prison and throwing away the
key. Who could handle that?"

I guess you would have to ask Martha Stewart :)

Hope Florida is quieted down and you are getting back on the
peaceful track :+)
