I found this old post on google groups today (see
below). If the link wraps funny and doesn't work in

It's the first result

It's basically the nosdiet without s-days. Pretty
enlightened stuff, for the 20th century. And he's a
*doctor*! (ok, a dentist, but I'll take what I can
get). This does not appear to be the Dr. Z of New York
City subway fame, if that means anything to anyone.
