Hi, I'm new to the group. I've heard of this diet program a couple months ago and I finally got around to reading the website yesterday. I plan on starting this tomorrow. I think it might be a little hard for me to adjust to just 3 meals a day, because I normally have 3 meals and a couple of snacks in between. I've been trying to get healthier foods and to watch my calorie intake. I have a problem with my sweet tooth. I love sweets, especially chocolate. I'm about 30lbs. away from my goal weight. I've lost around 15-20lbs since the beginning of this year. I so desperately want to reach my goal weight (or at least be closer) by the end of the year. I hope everyone had a great weekend!
