thanks guys for telling me what you do with s days, it really helps ( to get
me out of denial !
i like the one snack and one sweet per s day suggestion best, that sounds
like good sense to me.today is day 5 for me, and today has not been a perfect day
for me..i have eaten some sugar and i am really fighting the urge to say @!$%
it ! and cozy up in front of the tv with a bag of salt & vinegar chips...i
just keep telling myself not to make a minor indescretion a full fledged binge.
how do you guys deal with insanely stong cravings to eat?
