Dear Deb, Enjoyed your No S post . I have not been on target in the evenings...I allow 4 smaller meals because of my low blood sugar, but have been snacking. .healthy, yougart, sugarfree jello, all fruit popsicles, sometimes all 3. My getting slimmer every day husband is always looking for a little"healthy snack."..he is low carbing all day., And I have been weak to resist lately.. .a lot going on.
