hi deborah...i have a slightly different question to ask you
would you expect me or anyone else in this group to adhere to the plan that 

you have set for yourself ? ( i am going to guess probable not)
be kind to yourself, you are not a bad person trying to get good, you are a 

sick person trying to get well (with the help of God and this group) your 

unselfish feedback has been invaluable to me..thank you, and be nice to youself ( 

you deserve it)
