well to get back on subject, I lost another pound this week.....being older,
not wiser, it takes me a while, but when I stick to No S I do lose weight!
I
am kind to my self in that I do 3 meals and a healthy evening snack, as
I
have a very long day, shop hours are 10 am to 9pm, and I do stuff before
going to work as well, so I need a little evening pick me up.....don't
get
me wrong , my husband and I take turns in the store a lot, but often both
end up working together. He does a low carb, and that works for him. I
have
low blood sugar, so I need more fruit than low carb allows, but I go easy
on
bread and cereals. He has been losing weight like crazy, me, slowly but
surely, but I know I feel ill when I do an Adkins type regime., so I wont
win this race, but at least I am still in the running, and going in the
right direction!
