hi everyone, i just ran across your website while looking for 
another diet !!!! the magic pill. I read the whole site links and 
all and laughed and cried and laughed some more. I am anxious to get 
started and will be sharing this with all my sisters and mama. I 
have been on the RICE DIET, ATKINS, Weight Watchers etc..and have 
always been a succesful dieter but when i hit 41 it all went to my 
belly. aagh. no longer can i lose 10# in a week. So is this really 
for real? LOL Julie in FLorida
