Hi Donna,
Relax. Yes, you messed up a little, but it's not the
end of the world. Don't take revenge on yourself by
skipping out on meals or denying yourself a full
weekend -- that only makes things worse. You don't
want to get into a tit-for-tat blood feud with your
appetite. Appetite's going to win that. Just ask
yourself, "how many strict days was I able to make it
this time?" and try to beat that record starting
Monday.
Some people are lucky, No-s just clicks right away.
Other people need a few false starts before it takes.
There's no hurry. The only danger is that you'll get
discouraged -- but keep posting and we'll make sure
that doesn't happen.
