hello everyone, it is sunday am and i am about to have to go to work for a 

few hours, i just felt the need to check in to stay connected, and to keep this 

program in the front of my brain. i have not felt the need for another binge 

since friday, thank you guys for "listening"

ps David H.... who are you ? you sound like you have have been around a while
