dear julie yes, minute by minute - that is the key. my mind can run ahead often, create scenarios that are so overpowering that it all seems too hard it is the buddhist tenet too - live in the present moment I agree, I love no-s for its simplicity and do-ability. and because it creates a safe framework for us to enjoy food in. I too love food. I have a theory that people who have relationship issues with food often have very senstive taste buds, and do enjoy food more. I've met people who are obviously at the other end of the continuum for whom food is just a fuel. they miss out on a lot, but a always skinny. soon time for me to get ready for work. love jen [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
