hi guys b'fast good lunch good dinner - almost good (some jelly babies) really helped to have messages from deb and julie. got up at 5 am to do some work, and later on was feeling otr (off the rails). julie's idea about minute by minute was helpful. saying 'I chose not to eat', for that minute. there were times during the day that I thought I would muck up, but then it would pass. it is still such a mystery what prompts the need I have. cheers jen [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
