Having lost a fair bit of weight I am now stuck for a couple of months.
I
have kept to about 1,000 to 1,500 calories as day(Idon't count accurately)
and am obeying the rules. I exercise at least once a week.Pilates and the
exercise bike and treadmill. I cannot do the movements needed for
shovelglove I saw my doctor today about my other health issues and he says
it doesn't matter, just keep on, but I am getting frustrated now. It is
all
taking so long with only the smallest drops that come back for no reason.
I
gained a load in hospital last year and it's that that I have lost. the
older stuff just won't move.
