I love to read too and it's not good for weightloss, doesn't burn many
calories. :<) I also know frustration. I'm a lot older than you, 57, and
a
little bit disabled after a stroke a year ago.I was at 104 Kg(I'm in England
and we're metric)and I have dropped 10 Kg and now I can't shift any more.
I've been at he same weight for a couple of months despite keeping to the
rules. I see my doctor regularly, because of my other health issues and
he's
quite happy that I'm holding and not gaining. I plan to increase my
exercise. I'm off to the gym soon, after my dogs have had time to play
and
I'll go when they're all napping. Some are already. I HAVE 4 Italian
greyhounds.
