To Jill- many times a little extra protein each meal will help. It can
be
dairy-calcium really helps starve off sugar blues, or meat, chicken , fish,
the amino acids or something work that way also.
To Debbie- good luck with a solution to the loot. Perhaps he could give
some
away to those less fortunate, and limit to 1 a day for a certain lenght
of
time, since last year was 2 a day. The snacks are normally small, and would
burn off with a few jumping jacks, as he is still a little guy.
