Getting strict again about NoS and staying on plan, plus my extra
walking these days and regular SG is working :)
I lost a pound this week (even though I had an "unplanned S day" on
Wed and had some icecream and chips, it was a stress induced
momentary lapse)
I am holding fast at 5lbs off, and will try to kick it up a notch
with my workouts.
I got pretty hungry last night since my dinner wasn't all it could
have been, so I decided to have a hot chocolate, rather than go and
raid the fridge for a meal at 10:45 which would sit sluggishly in my
stomach all night...I felt it was a better choice at the time.
