Thank you all for your advice. I am taking it to heart and will keep
the plan simple. I'm having an easy beginning because I only
started yesterday. I did have some sugar cravings last evening,
but not bad. Since today is Friday, I only have to wait until
tomorrow for an "S" day. I do want to tread carefully over the
weekend, though. By nature I have an all or nothing personality;
the nice thing about this plan is the "nothing part" is not "nothing"
-- it is just sensible eating three meals a day. What I am afraid
of, though, is the "all" part. But, somehow this feels different --
less deprivation so perhaps less endulgence? I'll report back
on Monday. In the meantime, I would love to hear how others
are handling there "S" days. Jill
