I, too, thought stevia was horrible, with a worse aftertaste than any
artificial sweetener, until one day I had nothing else with me in the car
and wanted something in my iced tea, so I sprinkled just a few grains in
(not to get it too sweet), and it tasted great! I couldn't believe it. And
no aftertaste. So I think the secret is to remember how incredibly
concentrated it is. Isn't it something like 500x sweeter than sugar? So
try again. On the other hand, sugar in very small quantities may still be
the best choice.

I tried Stevia, and God Bless those who can enjoy it since it is clearly the
healthiest choice, due to the fact that it doesn't
affect blood sugar at all, but I just hated the aftertaste...
