Well I for one went to a Halloween party last night and gave me permission
to eat whatever,,,,well outside of a couple of glasses of wine, handful
of
pretzels, and a couple bite size cupcakes, I could not believe how I wasn't
worried about what I ate and enjoyed myself with very little damage! During
the weedays I do no S and no wheat.
So on the weekend pizza, or even a Wendys hot and spicy chicken sandwich..
with a bun, is so much more of a treat that I can enjoy on Sat or Sun,
and
still lose weight- if I avoid all the white stuff...for me that includes
pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, and stuff with sugar. I know I am a lo carb
junkie....but whatever works-and this is the way I go.....a combo without
the Fries!
