I was watching a very amusing "reality" show tonight (gee will the
reality craze end?) This one is a historical one, it's called the
Regency Houseparty, and 5 pairs of men and women, plus their
chaperones are supposed to be getting hooked up 1810 style...Snuff
boxes and all...Anyway, the reason I'm posting this is because the
two forms of exercise (unless you count drinking endless glasses of
wine and getting snokkered)that they deemed important on, at least
tonights show, were
1. the art of aristocratic *walking*...(must hold head high, long
steps)
and
2. shovelling (in the case of the poor gentleman on the show, it was
horse manure!)
So Reinhard, not only are your choices of exercise good for
everydaysystems, they are also favored by 1810 European aristocracy.
How does Count Reinhard strike you?
Cheers!
Lady Deborah
