If you haven't read it yet Pick up a copy of "The Anxiety and Phobia
workbook by Edmund J.Bourne,Phd. I have been reading it lately and it
has really helped me with my anxiety which in turn has helped me with
my NoS and Urban rangering. I could also help all of you out there
that don't suffer from anything clinical just get normal ups and downs
it has exercises and techniques to help you handle any aspect of your
emotional life.

Oh on a completely different subject thanks to NoS I am now down by
ten pounds since I first found No S. I forget how long ago it was
because time has just flown by so quickly. The pound aren't exactly
flying of my body, but at least I know they will not be coming back
and bringing friends this time. Your friend in health Melanie
