I lost 50 pounds over the last 2 years. I, like most people just
realized one day, I needed to lose weight. Then I'd lose weight
and it would come back. UGH! Last summer I stumbled across Dr. Brian Alman
and keep-it-off. In a nutshell, it works something like this...95% of
diets don't work because they don't deal with the emotional reasons
for over eating. I was able to find the cause of my weight gain and
deal with it.
Nothing works for everyone, but this did for me. I'm not sure what
others think, but it may be worth a try.
