Hello all. Today is my second day practicing the no-s rules. I found out about this, believe it or not, on a low-carb forum and under a section titled "war-zone." http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php? t=218336 I am a recovering dieter and had been doing some extensive research about diets, fads, foods and eating habits. I was elated to have seen this. Its logical. Its simple. Its free. It appealed to my every need and want. So far, I have really enjoyed my experience with taking back control of my body. I was so tired of trying to get my food to behave for me. I had to post, as I promised myself I wouldn't be just a lurker. |
