Whoever came up with the idea of a red slash on the days you totally
complete a no S day -I thank you! I haved used this approach, and lost
3.5
pounds this week! Well I had no problem with the sugar, but Snacks were
stalling me. I solved the problem of seconds by counting no more than 500
or
less healthy calories, per meal. I know we should not count but this gives
me structure in saying to myself-Self you had plenty to eat, you cant wait..
remember how lovely those Orange slashes look on Thy Calender! I dont have
a
red pen...lol...So this is working....plus I had stopped walking for a
couple of weeks because my husband had pulled a muscle in his back, and
I
pulled one in my shoulder....not not what you think...his was from lifting.
..mine from Curves. We are back in full swing again.
