HI Deb,Feeling better today, as you could problably tell from my 
post.I really took it easy last night. couch potato- watched Nanny 
911 and laughed hysterically with my daughter. She was a wild 2-3 
yo. Thought for a time she was demon possessed. :)now but not then.I 
have not had to see a chiro or massage therapist in a long 
while.Thanks for your knowledge and willingness to share with me.:)
