for Walt :( Is he trying to torture you? Why does he have to eat

I know he is a good guy and could be a great supporter at home, why
don't you consider mentioning that he should eat his cheescake when
you aren't around, so it isn't such an ongoing temptation and
struggle?
And yes it really does feel great to know that you earned your
reward! So keep that orange marker in your minds eye at all times
and continue slashing out the days of the month...I just have strong
feelings about these little life challenges at home, and with
friends/family... They can be really negative and energy draining.
If I'm reading this situation wrong, forgive me, I just want you to
know I'm in your corner :)
