Hi Julie and everyone :) well my first N day went ok until close to bedtim=
e when my husband decided to have a snack lol. So I had a little snack.

ut I did skip my usual Pepsi in the evening which is a huge step for me.

am trying to eat slighty larger meals so that I don't feel so hungry. How=
ever hunger isn't always my motivator to snack. :) But so far today I'm

nging in there! :) Hope everything is going well for everyone else too.
