That's great, Chloe. Slow and steady. Keep it up and
you'll easily win the gold medal on our stats poll.

I do think of the nosdiet as a "diet," because it does
involve rules about what/when you eat, but if you
prefer to think of it as so different from other diets
that it doesn't really count that's fine with me too.
