YES!! I am so thankful it is Monday -- I have been S'ing for about 10 days!! Back on
track today with NoS and working out!!!
I am currently about 4 pounds heavier than I was on January 1 of this year. My goal
is to end the year weighing less than I did when it started. If I stick to NoS and
workout regularly, I should be OK.
