Hi guys, my son Richard has been going along with our Spartan Sweets 
lifestyle but yesterday asked for some ice cream... I am going out 
to get him an icecream bar because he has been so helpful to me, and 
let's face it... 5 days a week w/o any yummy dessert is a bit harsh 
for an 8 year old... I am going to need to draw on every self 
control tool in my willpower chest not to cave in and buy myself 
some icecream too... I want to see those red slashes build up and 
then I will reward myself on the weekend... Wow this is rough, but I 
thought if I reenforced my resolve by pre-posting, I would have a 
better chance of sticking with my plan!
