So I fell off the wagon last night. We had our Christmas Parade here so we ordered pizza since the parade was close to supper time and ate it in the back of our van while we waited for the parade to start. Along with the pizza came some very yummy cinammon monkey bread and of course I had a piece. :) So then when we got home I figured I'd already blown the day so I had a pepsi, then a little packet of fruit chew snacks, then I melted some chocolate chips and dipped banannas and pretzel sticks in it (very yummy lol), and another pepsi along with that. Basically I went crazy and pigged out. :) I went to bed and laid there feeling so bloated and gross. I decided I really don't feeling like that. Even tho I stumbled big time last night, I think I'm starting to get used to not snacking like I used to in the evenings. Its no fun to feel so stuffed and yucky. Anyway, I changed the calendar to December last night and was nice to realize its a new month, I can start fresh checking off the days that I stick to NoS. Ok, I'm done rambling for now lol.
