yes very simple you slice only thru the skin with a knife in wedges like
you
might cut an orange then tear out the section .. if you cut all the way
thru
you cut the seeds and get all messsy. so just cut the skin and tear apart..
a friend of mine who lives in egypt has a machine that makes juice from
the
kernels and takes out the seeds
