Lee and others,
Please don't let the number on the scale get you down! I know from
experience that my weight can fluctuate 5 pounds or more IN ONE DAY! If
you don't believe me, get on the scale naked first thing in the a.m.,
then get on again before bed with clothes on! LOL! I have seen as much
as 8 pounds of fluctuation.....and I know it's not all clothes. I weigh
more in the evening.....go figure. The scale is not that accurate as far
as relying on it to tell you how you are doing overall. The time of
day, the time of month (if you are a woman), so many things to factor in
here. Just use it as a guide, but one of many guides. How do your
clothes fit on you? How do you feel?
Tell you what....my scale broke a couple years ago and I didn't replace
it for a looong time. Was the best thing that could have happened! LOL!
I only had my clothes to go on (how they fit) and I felt so much better
about myself.

Jeanette
