I think it's funny that those of us who struggle with certain things
(losing weight, getting/keeping out house in order, whatever) are
actually *perfectionists*. Because I KNOW that is soooo me but in other
people's eyes I am sure they see me as someone who just doesn't care.
Since having 3 kids I have struggled to get/keep my house organized. I
have that "If I can't do it right, don't do it all" thinking and
it
really paralyzes me. I even tried FlyLady but it just made me more
obsessive! LOL! I just can't think about it so much! LOL! Same with
food.....that is why No S is so awesome. I really need to ditch this all
or nothing/black and white thinking. I spend so much time and energy
obsessing over things like housecleaning and food consumption! LOL!
AMAZING how once you start to "chill out" a little about it you
actually
make progress. And yes, "Progress not perfection" is my new mantra!
