Thanks for the stickers Diana. They look good.
Re: sleep. I don't get 8 hours but I think I do ok. I get up at
5:30 and I don't get into bed by 9:30 at night but I do sleep pretty
good when I do sleep. There are some days when everything catches
up and I will get to bed by 9:30 because I just have to because my
body says get some rest.
I seem to do good during the week and it is funny but by Wednesday
or Thursday I don't get those crazy cravings for food. On Mondays I
really get hungry by lunch but his subsides by the middle or end of
the week. I really need to work on my weekends. I notice once I
have sugar I respond totally different or maybe it is the mental
aspect of being allowed to S, or both. My weekends have
counteracted by weeks. I really want to try to curb my weekend
binges - tone them down a bit.
