well in a way sleep has to do with fat as supposedly if you got enough
sleep
you would not be so fat.. they say you produce whatever it is while you
are
sleeping that helps you burn fat

(pretty smart putting "rooster" there, who knows how many people
would blush in confused embarrasment trying to imagine the sounds

When my alarm crows at me, I usually growl back at it! LOL :)
Okay how about lets get back to the fat,drugs,alcohol, and vitamins

Oh yes and NoS, I forgot about that for a moment :)
I'm starting my 21 day attempt again on Monday (lets see' that would
be failure number 11 so this one should be a charm :)!
