I downloaded the stickers and decided to try printing them out on clear address 
labels so I 
would have a supply, but then I decided to try the Avery Circle Labels. My Word for 

Macintosh didn't have the 8293 template so after downloading it from the Avery web 
site, I 
now have nice round label stickers for my calendar. I need the visual cues to help me 
be 
accountable.

I too am tired of counting points, calories, energy units or whatever so this program 

makes sense. Now to get some stickers on the calendar that are not red!

I enjoy the great feedback and suggestions on the board although I am not much of a 

poster.
