Hi all, running out to the spa for some training...
For some reason, I felt I wanted to see if I lost anything 
weightwise, as the last few days I have noticed that some areas 
around my hips seem less lumpy and bumpy...
Well I'm not going to do this all the time, as now I am really used 
to *not* weighing myself and it feels nice not to be so distracted 
by scale at every waking moment, but remember how I told you that my 
moms scale said "you are up 9 lbs" (not an accurate portrayal) well 

I thought I'd look to see again today, since it was just a passing 
thought that I wanted to follow...
The scale said that now I am down 2 more lbs.... Total weight lost? 
No clue... Direction I am heading... seemingly good :)
Cool. And I *still* haven't got 21 (consecutive) days yet....
I guess NoS is working for me in a more circuitous way, but it's 
getting results regardless :)
Hope for all you who are 
1. worried that if you don't weigh yourself every second you will 
immediately gain 10 lbs
2. wondering if this plan works at all LOL :)
