When I eat a meal, I try to always include Yogurt or an ounce of cheese,
for
300 mg of Calcium I strive for 1200 to 1500 per day as I am post menopause.
If I don't have dairy, I buy the Walmart 600mg
Calcium, plus D and cut them in half with one of those plastic pill cutters. Deb was
right about over 500 mg at a time goes to waste. Bonnie
