...Actually sugar in coffee is allowed, and I wouldn't be able to
even do a bad attempt at this plan, unless it was....just as long as
it's not 6 teaspoons...
Fruit is always okay as long as it's part of your meal, and not an
inbetween "snack" also as long as it's not 3 slices of watermelon or
4 bananas at once.... If it's part of a meal it's okay, and
certainly a healthier choice than a side order of potato chips...
How's it going for you so far? Have you made any attempts?
