So, risking sounding...well..what's the word...stupid, or maybe
common, my new year's resolution is to become healthy (in the past it
was to lose weight...). So in an attempt to prep myself for my new
journey I spent all day pouring through my mother's many diet
books...and then I realized I needed a lifestyle change not a diet.
So I came onto the internet and stumbled across this site and it hit
me! It can be relatively simple and there is no need to measure food
or count every calorie. So, as of January first, I am exercising AND
eating right. I can honestly say, I am EXCITED for this change!!
Thanks to the creator of this site for actually having a "diet" that
is REAL and POSSIBLE!!
