Hi, my name is Debby. I'm 25 years old, and in need of a diet. I've 
made it a new years resolution of mine to lose weight. And I know 
that it would be a lot easier if I had some help. I need support. 
I'm willing to give it a try if I know that there are people out 
there who are interested in helping and showing support. Hopefully 
I'll be welcome to this group with open arms and open minds. :)
