Subject: Shoveling snow

....Over and over and over again. We have close to 3 feet of snow on the
ground now, with another 11" expected tonight. I have approximately half
a
mile of trails out there between the barn, the buck pen, the dogs, the
rabbits, and the chickens, and back to the house. This is my third time
shoveling it all open.

I worked up a heck of a sweat today, and tomorrow I'll have to do it all
over again. Sigh. But it's good for me, right? :)

The water in the barn froze up, so I also have the dubious pleasure of
hauling buckets of water from the house. This is not fun, particularly
for
a 5' tall person in 3' of snow. I've been chanting to myself while
shoveling and hauling ...it's exercise....it's exercise.... alternating
with
No S...No S...No S...
