Yup.

The site doesn't give a number of meals -- I guess whatever is
"natural". For a lot of people, including myself, that means
three
meals per day (breakfast, lunch, supper) and no snacks in between;
others may eat five or six meals per day.
Just, whatever number of meals you give yourself, don't eat snacks in
between -- even healthy things such as an apple.
