Yesterday was my first day too, didn't really seem that hard, but I was busy most of the day. Did catch myself wanting to nibble but knew that I wasn't hungry. Supprising how those little bits add up by the end of the day. I work full time so if I just keep junk out of my office I should be okay between meals. It took me about a year to lose 35 pounds doing a low carb diet and gained all of that back plus about five more pounds in about 6 months. Went to the doctor in November and my cholesterol was very bad and blood pressure slightly higher than it should be. So to prevent major problems I've got to get myself going in the right direction. Bet you get a lot of exercise running after your two little ones. Enjoy them, time sure gets away from you in a hurry. How was your first day?
