eat more at meals eat more protein so it stays with you longer

I am just starting after putting it off for a few days and I am
hungry all the time.I know its from constantly eating and it will
probably go away after I stick to the diet for a while. What do you
find helps you in between meals to not be so hungry?So far I've read
