Congrats on cutting back on the sugar and the two pound loss! Yesterday was a good day for me. I haven't decided if I will indulge in something sweet today since I have only a couple of days on NoS. Funny thing is that since I know I can have something sweet, I don't really want it. Have a good Saturday Everyone.
