I didn't officially introduce myself last week so I will make this 
official, I want to join your group of NoSers. I looked at the web 
site sometime late last year but didn't make a committment. After a 
doctor's visit in November I was told either get the weight off and 
eat healthy or start medication. I hate to depend on any type of 
drugs so I'm truly dedicating myself for the next three weeks, I have 
about 4 months until my next doctor's visit. I don't plan to weigh 
until the end of the three weeks so I won't get discouraged if I 
don't see results right away. So that's my story.
